Bluebell Walks @ Bridge on Nations Road

Bluebell hikes begin at 10 AM and again at 2 PM.

This 3.5 mile walk takes place on trails that will be muddy and includes hiking through fields and over uneven surfaces.  The hike features working agricultural fields and a forest along the Genesee River that is host to a spectacular sea of Common Bluebell flowers.  The walk will take between 1.5 and 2 hours; please arrive early.

The hike will depart rain or shine.  There is no transportation available.  Participants must be able to complete the round trip.

The hike takes place on private property.  Please help us continue this event by only visiting with us during these scheduled times.

Genesee River Float @ Transit Bridge

RiverFloatEnjoy the beautiful waters of the Genesee River. Bring you canoe or kayak and float from Transit Bridge River Access Site to the Caneadea River Access Site!

• Drop your craft at Transit Bridge (County Route 16 and County Route 19; someone will keep an eye on your gear as you go to park).
• Proceed to the Caneadea Access Site on County Route 19 to park your vehicle (this will be the ending point of the float).
• Transports will bring you back to Transit Bridge to start the float.
• Meetup and parking will begin at 9am and we’ll get started on the water at 10am.

*There is no cost, but you will be asked to sign-in and complete a waiver at the event.
