MOOG Regional Rocketry Challenge @ National Warplane Museum
Oct 28 all-day

The Rocketry Challenge offers students a friendly competition and a glimpse at future careers in science, technology, engineering and math, commonly known as STEM.

The event also prepares area schools to compete in Moog’s national competition in Washington, D.C., said MOOG Team American Rocketry Challenge Committee President Nick Canaple.

The regional competition, which takes place at the Warplane Museum each October, is based on the rules for the national Team America Rocketry Challenge competition, which draws about 5,000 students each year.

The Moog Regional Rocketry event is organized annually by the Moog Team America Rocketry Challenge committee with technical expertise provided by the Monroe Astronautical Rocket Society. More from this Livingston County News link.
