To minimize gathering of racers, volunteers, and race-workers, the Solo Oak Tree will be organized as an ‘on-your-own-race’ at a date and time of your choosing, but will take place on the scenic Oak Tree course! Your reduced price entry will support local conservation efforts. A complete list of runners and times will be published so you can see how your run stacks up against the competition.

A fresh take on a cherished holiday favorite takes the GCS stage this winter! It’s a Wonderful Life: The Radio Play is the upcoming production of the award-winning Geneseo Central Drama Club. Based on Frank Capra’s holiday classic movie, and recreated for the stage by Philip Grecian, It’s a Wonderful Life: The Radio Play will be presented via livestream on
• December 18 and 19 at 7:30 PM and
• December 20 at 2 PM
Tickets are $10 for individuals and $25 for families or groups. They are available for purchase by visiting the Geneseo Central School website or the GCS Drama Club Facebook page. Due to Covid considerations regarding group gatherings, the production will be streamed via Youtube, and ticket holders will be provided a link for viewing.

Based on Louisa May Alcott’s life, Little Women follows the adventures of sisters, Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy March. Jo is trying to sell her stories for publication, but the publishers are not interested – her friend, Professor Bhaer, tells her that she has to do better and write more from herself. Begrudgingly taking this advice, Jo weaves the story of herself and her sisters and their experience growing up in Civil War America.

All ticket purchases and donations incur a 3.5% fee. SEATING: Seating will be assigned by GCS Drama Staff. Seating will be in pairs to allow for social distancing. Ticket orders in even numbers are appreciated. Attendees are required to remain masked throughout the performance, have a temperature check at the door, and fill out a required health survey. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
