Geneseo Summer Concert Series – Miller and The Other Sinners @ Geneseo Village Park
Sep 13 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

The Eleventh Annual Geneseo Summer Concert Series is being presented to provide musical entertainment to the Geneseo Community at no cost to those attending. We are building on the success of past seasons, which contributed to the lifestyle of our community, as well as bringing people to our downtown area during a traditionally quiet time of the year. The series will begin on Friday June 21st, 2019 in the Village Park from 7 – 9 PM. The remaining concerts will be on consecutive Fridays, with the final concert on August 30th. Each performance will be from 7-9 PM in the Village Park. Food & Drinks from the Café Shiloh are available in the Park. New restrooms in the park are open.

Miller and The Other Sinners – David Miller grew up mostly in the country, south of Buffalo, NY, in Allegany County. At a very young age he began singing in church, surrounded by gospel music, which has impacted his writing to this day. Growing up through the 70’s and 80’s, he was exposed to all different styles of music, learning piano, sax and eventually, guitar. Blues, R&B and soul music always inspired him though he never embraced those forms until much later in life. He was composing from a very early age and was recording his own church albums at the age of 12.
