Superfoods are defined as a food that is rich in compounds such as antioxidants, fiber, or fatty acids that are considered beneficial to a person’s health. This class is intended to introduce participants to ten different superfoods while also learning about the health and nutritional benefits of these foods with nutritionist and registered dietitian Emily Kyle.
